The success of the blog lead to the start of a business and the creation of a brand new website. The new site was designed to meet the needs of students, guidance counselors, colleges, and universities. In addition to the website, Smart College Visit now offers various travel and location-based tools and services, including the newly released Smart Visit Widget.

In 2007 Coldwell Banker Townside, REALTORS® was in the process of transitioning their primary advertising medium from print ads to online advertising. As they made this transition, the company wanted to encourage their loyal readers to visit their new website, www.cbtownside.com. This five week advertising campaign not only notified readers of the company's new website, but also illustrated their move to a "new address" in a playful and memorable way.

"GO BLUE!" is a marketing campaign specifically designed for Coldwell Banker Townside, REALTORS® to build goodwill, share company spirit, engage clients, and simply to have fun. GO BLUE! uses a combination of print advertising, direct marketing, and social media marketing to connect with the company's target market.

RESULTS: The GO BLUE! campaign gained national recognition and was featured in Coldwell Banker's newsletter, "In the Works," distributed to all Coldwell Banker offices and agents in the United States. Additionally, Coldwell Banker Townside obtained more than 60 client testimonials and significantly increased new Facebook "Likes" and website traffic.
